On YIMOKE’s Approach to Faucet Structure and Material Selection for Taps

Taps, showers, and bathroom products are not single-component items. They are composed of multiple key components, including the main body structure, bent pipes, internal core components, cartridges, aerators, hoses, and other related parts. The selection of main body materials is also a key factor in overall product design and performance.
As a brand owner, YIMOKE places strong emphasis on the selection of these core components. During product development and procurement, we select high-quality components from established supply systems and large-scale brand ecosystems based on the positioning and usage requirements of different product models, rather than relying solely on cost as the determining factor.
Across different product models, components may be available in entry-level, mid-range, and higher-grade options, with corresponding differences in materials and configuration schemes. YIMOKE clearly prioritises configuration solutions that offer greater stability and durability.
For selected models, certain core components are sourced from established brands based in Spain and Switzerland.
These measures are not additional marketing features, but fundamental requirements we set for product safety and long-term performance.

Our Practical Principles in Product Selection
Q: If core components on the market are available in different grades, how does YIMOKE make its choice?
YIMOKE: We select higher-grade configuration solutions rather than the lowest-cost options.
Q: In terms of surface color finishing, how does YIMOKE select its finishing processes?
YIMOKE: When selecting surface colour finishing processes, YIMOKE does not use cost as the sole determining factor.
We place greater emphasis on process stability, durability, and long-term appearance performance. As a result, we priorities more mature and reliable surface treatment methods to ensure consistent product performance and quality over extended use.
Q: Can the main body of the tap be filled with low-cost plastics or other inexpensive materials?
YIMOKE: We do not adopt such approaches. The core structure of the tap body priorities the use of more durable materials such as stainless steel or brass.
Q: Why do you insist on these choices?
YIMOKE: From another perspective, while customers are the ones purchasing the products, we as a brand owner are also consumers ourselves.
During product customisation and configuration decisions, we prefer to select higher-grade configuration solutions within a reasonable cost range, rather than defining our products solely by the lowest cost.

Why Our Warranty Terms Are Clearly Stated
Q: Why are YIMOKE’s warranty terms written so clearly?
A: Because we focus on practicality.
From a technical standpoint, the products themselves are designed for long-term use;
from an after-sales perspective, we aim to provide clear, executable, and transparent on-site warranty support without hidden conditions.
YIMOKE hopes that customers can use our products with confidence during the first 1–2 years after purchase, while receiving genuine and clearly defined after-sales support during this period.
Clear warranty terms do not indicate lower product standards; rather, they reflect responsibility to our customers and to the products themselves.

Summary
Taps and showers are long-term bathroom products.
Under reasonable use and normal maintenance, a product with reliable materials, stable structure, and clearly defined after-sales support can be used for many years.
From a long-term perspective, such products are not merely daily necessities, but a stable and predictable investment.
Perhaps the cost of a single purchasing decision today is no more than that of an ordinary dinner;
yet what it brings in return is years of peace of mind.

If the installation hole diameter is less than 3.2 cm,
the hole must be enlarged to 3.2 cm or above before this model can be installed.
